  We enjoyed our stay at Malibu Pointe 603. We didn't have many complants about the room except that one of the twin beds was off balance and the couch that pulls out to a bed the mattress was VERY thin. I had the king bedroom and it was GREAT. There was alot of storage space in all the rooms. It was nice that every room had their own bathroom also. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It was also nice to have a balcony that was big enough to have all 7 of us on it at the same time. I can't say too many bad things about the room but the property itself is a little different. We had no idea what the clearance for the parking garage was until we tried going in. It was only 6'8". They only have 4 spots available for bigger vehicles. So hope that when you leave you will have a spot when you return. We got unlucky a few times. The elevator located down by the pool smells REALLY bad like mildew. Also the pools could have been a little bit cleaner. They have 5 different workout machines in the fitness room and only 1 worked which was a treadmill. So we weren't too happy about that. Hopefully this helps you out.

  We enjoyed our stay very much. Only significant problem was that the Ice maker was not functional. Maintainence checked it out on Monday apparently ordered a part but it was not fixed when we left on Saturday.
  
  Having a computer in the unit and access to wifi was a big plus and very helpful.
  Other suggestions would include non stick frying pans. Only had one frying pan (small) and the handle was about off of it. No spatula.
  
  might want to check circuits in kitchen plugs. Can't use toaster and microwave at the same time, blows breaker.
  
  Carpets need cleaning.

  The gym was locked for the first 2 days of our stay
  then when we did get a key - the eliptical was not working - the treadmill track was loose so it slipped while running - the. The recumbant bike did not work as well
  there are no washroom, close by
