  We had a wonderful vacation! We stayed 3 nights in the condo (Feb. 13th - 15th 2009) It was very clean! The master bedroom and bathroom were very nice. The ocean front view was very beautiful even from the 15th floor! The only minor problem we had was with the cookware in the kitchen. It was not adequate for our needs. We would stay there again.

  Linda LeBlanc,property manager, was extremely helpful and responsive. When I'm vacationing in Myrtle Beach, this is the place for me.

  We stayed here in July 2010. Overall this was a good condo to rent but there were a couple of things that disappointed. Handle on sliding glass door was missing. Shower in one of the bathrooms drains very slowly. Unit was on the 15th floor and everytime we wanted to leave the elevators took a long time (1 of the 3 wasn't working). Kitchen utensils were sparse. On the good side the unit was very large and accomodated the 10 of us easily. Great view. Clean and above average furniture.

  Property was very dusty. I had to dust off the lightbulbs in one of the bathrooms to provide more light. The utility closet door was caked with dust. There was trash and dust underneath beds. The bedspread in the master bedroom was stained and certainly needed to be laundered at the very least. My children's feet were black from the dirty floors. Paying a "cleaning fee" for this condo was absurd. Whoever North Beach Reality contracts to for their cleaning is not doing their job. I would not choose to stay in this condo again.
